Refund and Returns Policy

YO!LEARN is not responsible for any refunds or returns, all refunds and return policy’s are set by each individual seller/vendor. It is the  customers responsibility to read the seller/vendors return policy before purchasing any items or product. If for any reason a customer has and issue with a seller/vendor the customer must contact the seller/vendor to try and find a resolution. If a customer is unable to receive a response regarding his/her purchase then the customer my contact YO!LEARN to help them find a resolution with the seller/vendor. YO!LEARN doe not GUARANTEE if a customer will receive a refund from a seller/vendor, but we will do our best to find a resolution between the customer and the seller/vendor.
